& also possibly of more relevance where?
Just wondered as i appreciate the joys of rotary & their limited numbers in this country mean there is a need to take them somewhere decent for both minor services & major rebuilds ;) (IMO anyway i'd rather pay more for decent serviceon a decent car than somewhere cheap!) & also the relative lack of such places given the level of demand
Anyway when looking at skylines it seems there aren't any places in the midlands, but that aside what & where are the decent rotary places in my lurking someone had mentioned there were only 5 decent rotary specialists in the UK so please come forward & make yourself known.
To sumarise who & where are the absolute dogs do das rotary garages?
Ta
Si (i can fit a RX7 in me garage i cant a skyliner so convince me ;)lol)

Hi Si,

Our rotary specialist of choice is GPA / Reworx www.reworx.com down in Portsmouth. Geff really knows his stuff, many consider him one of the best outside of Japan. He's also playing a big part in helping develop the nightmare of a late model FD RX7 Model report. The 2000 is now at an advance stage, which is excellent news for the future of 1997 onwards rx's after October's ESVA deadline. Geff's also competing at TOTB2.

From your location of 'in the middel bit' WGT Auto dev will be close to you. Rotechiques in reading, RX motors in Devon ?, DP Motor sport in Essex, Nemesis in Essex also.:D

Small point Ben,
Geff at RE Worx is competing at TOTB2 with an engine that is a half bridge port that i built for him.
On Sunday he went there for a preliminary and got 182 mph in the top speed over 1.25 mile and 12.68 in the 1/4 mile. This car has a stock intercooler with single turbo, intake temps were high with 95 c peak so there is room for more to come.I will be lending him a front mount for the event.
regards
Carl
