My Claim Continues...

...and Im a but confused.

I have now been offered 6000 by letter on behalf of my insurance company. This letter appears to be from a 3rd party (CSG, Claims Services Group) as they are neither my broker (sureterm) or underwriter (nig).

This letter is dated on the 27th June, which is the same day my insurance company phoned me up offering 4800...

Is this normal? Anyone know whats going on?

when my mum had a write off the company made an offer which was ok. Since though i have been told not to accept the first offer from your company, never heard of the CSG though
