Tyre Pressures

OK it's back to basics here - Standard stuff but I'm not sure of the correct tyre pressures.

Advice plz.

Bridgestone 225/50/16

Just can't translate the stickers :confused:

John, taken directly from my owners manual, 32 psi for both front and rear, and 60 psi for the spare.

dan 60psi in the rear........ is that to make the back end lighter:D
