Pac mx-6 runs 7.0 and 199mp/h

For those of you that follow what goes on down under. :)

Today the pac performance mx-6 ran 7.2 at 199 mp/h then a 7.0 at 195 mp/h, looks like we will have another 6 sec 200mp/h rotor shortly.

Other cars to up the ante of late are,

Mazsports 3/4 chassis FD RX-7 running 7.2 and 196 mp/h and the 4 rotor BMW running 7.2 at 191 mp/h

Thanks for the update.
Things are looking really good in OZ at the moment!
I was speaking to Bill the other day and both his car and the BMW that he drives are coming along incredibly well.

its a full chassis car so I doubt it uses any MX6 parts other than a vague outline

It might have a vague outline of an MX6 [which I think for the type of car is very nice] but surely you could not call it an MX6 ?

Cool car though, you've gotta love the full on drag monsters.. how long before we see (and hear) something this mental in the uk? :)

I'd imagine the regulations for whichever series it races in stipulate the car needs to retain the sillouette of a production car (or part of it).
I agree it does seem a bit contrived but there you go :)
