New bonnet

Took this yesterday as some people wanted to see my bonnet.

Car is not clean or placed anywhere nice, but seeing as I put it online I may as well post it up :D

I paid 675, got a discount as there is an imperfection on one of the corners but its pretty minor. I recon you could negotiate on a price anyway though as they seemd pretty flexable.

Ill try and find the number if you want it, but if you speak to him please say that you found them because you saw the bonnet on my car! It might even help you get a bit off as he asked me to tell you guys. I just dont want loads of people with Carbon Mazdaspeed replica bonnets :D

The fit is pretty good, but at the moment its stuck down, as once I got it on the latch wont release the bonnet. Not sure if its my fault or not yet - need to try and work out how to get the bonnet open!!!

Lee, would rather go for a fibre glass version, as I am not a carbon junkie. ;)

I will be using bonnet pins as I dont think that they (FPR/Carbon) are stong enough on their own.

I was going to use bonnet pins, but seeing as I got the damn thing stuck down there isnt much chance of it coming open right now!!!
