3rd Gen Imports

Hi Guys, have been advised by to check out this section with regards to the 3rd Gen Imports, i am aware of all the differnet varients that the Jap market has and have read through the relevant threads on these, is there a simple way of telling which model it is. i.e a code under the hood or something like that, or is it a matter of checking the different specs visually, i.e interior etc etc. Thanks in advance!!!!

Open the drivers door and on the sill there will be two, or atleast there should be two white sticker. The upper sticker will tell you the tyre options, the lower sticker will have vehicle info on the far right saying type r or type x or whatever it is.
