Anyone live in devon?

I'm wanting to go and look at a L plate 3rd Gen in Devon and would be gratefull if a Rex expert could go along and check it out. I know this is asking a lot but this will be my 1st Rex and i REALLY dont want to get my fingers burned, and i live 210+ miles away :mad:
